AngeLens by Bangie Inc. provides tools to analyze job descriptions and CVs and generate insights to help you make informed career decisions.

The service is informational only and does not constitute professional, legal, or career advice.

2. No guarantees

All insights are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Job outcomes or interview results
• Accuracy or completeness of analysis
• That results will be suitable for your specific situation
• AI-generated insights may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading in some cases. Always apply your own judgment.

3. AI disclaimer

AngeLens uses automated systems and third-party AI providers to generate analysis. Results are generated algorithmically and may not reflect real-world outcomes.

You are solely responsible for how you use the results.

We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. User responsibility

By using AngeLens, you agree:

• Not to upload illegal, harmful, or third-party confidential content
• Not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit the service
• Not to rely solely on the tool for critical career or life decisions
• To use the service in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws

5. Credits and payments

AngeLens operates on a credit-based system:

• Free analysis is available with limited results (rule-based, no AI)
• Basic and Smart analyses require credits
• Credits are consumed only after a successful analysis is completed
• Credit balances are tied to your account and are non-transferable

6. Refunds

All credit purchases on AngeLens are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing credits, you explicitly agree to the immediate provision of digital services and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

Credits are considered used once an analysis is performed or any part of the paid service is accessed.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Unused or partially used credits
• Dissatisfaction with analysis results
• Change of mind after purchase
• In cases of verified technical errors or duplicate charges, we may review refund requests at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bangie Inc. and AngeLens are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on analysis results
• Loss of job opportunities or career outcomes
• Financial, personal, or indirect damages arising from use of the service
• Service interruptions, data loss, or third-party provider failures

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without prior notice.

9. Changes to the service

We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

We will aim to notify users of significant changes where possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to AngeLens if the service is misused, these Terms are violated, or at our sole discretion.

11. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology on AngeLens is owned by Bangie Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the EU.
